Description
It will never rust and will always keep its luster!
Only available from TheProwlerStore.com
Extremely high-polished stainless steel cover designed specifically for the Prowler to cover the entire rear undercarriage. Looks like Chrome!
What a difference this piece makes—you have to see it to believe it. This piece fits under your rear end and over the radiator between the exhaust pipes. It uses existing bolt holes (just under and behind the rear bumper aluminum support bracket—no drilling) and comes with chrome acorn nuts. You do not need to remove any parts from your Prowler.
It has two metal tabs designed to ensure a secure fit. Made of pure, shiny, heavy-gauge stainless steel with a polished mirror finish. No maintenance required. Will not rust, stain, or fade.
Ground clearance at the lowest point is 4.5 inches.
NOTE: Works with trailer hitch.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE A: Your new stainless steel roll pan comes with a protective liner. Do not remove the liner until installation is complete.
NOTE B: This installation requires two people to properly install without scratching the exhaust or vehicle.
- Remove the two left and right washer nuts in the rear of your Prowler, just under and behind the rear bumper aluminum support bracket. Add the two outer nuts just under the frame and set aside.
- With two people, one on each side of the new roll pan, carefully squeeze the roll pan so that it can slide between the exhaust tips.
- Pull the license plate body section out with some force and maneuver the roll pan so that it slides up into position over the two bolts you previously exposed. Then thumb the two factory washer nuts back onto the bolts, but do not tighten yet.
- Force the two under tabs of the roll pan over the left and right outer bolt studs. While holding the tab in position, thread on the two stock bolts you removed.
- Check overall fit, then tighten all four nuts securely and remove the protective liner.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Note: Take care when cleaning your cover. It is a good idea to lightly dust it with a clean, soft cloth first to prevent any particles from scratching the surface. Then wipe with a new, clean, soft cloth using a high-quality, streak-free glass cleaner.
