You must remove the regulator from the car door before ordering this kit so you can accurately identify the issue.
This kit is designed to fix the most common problem: a single crack in the white plastic tube that runs across or diagonally along the window regulator. This issue can cause the door window to bind or jam. The good news is that this kit is specifically designed to resolve this problem.
If there is more than one crack or if any other part of the regulator is damaged, this kit will not work. In such cases, you will need to send your window regulator to us for rebuilding. Please refer to our guaranteed service called Catastrophic Rebuilt Service on our website.
If you have installed this kit correctly, we will replace it if necessary after reviewing the photos. You must email us a picture of the kit installed on the regulator, along with a close-up image of the issue.
Once installed as directed, the repaired area will not break along the track line again for as long as you own your car. If it does, we will provide a replacement repair kit at no cost (one-time replacement only).
If you receive the part and determine that it is not what you need or want, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition. Return shipping will be at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the kit price only, minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any labor costs or any additional expenses.
Open the package immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt; otherwise, the damage will be your responsibility.
Please keep the original packaging, as you will be required to provide photos of the damage.
