Limited Warranty for PCM, Cluster, or Other Module Repair Service
This repair on your PCM (Powertrain Control Module), TCM (Transmission Control Module), Cluster, or any other module includes a 90-day limited warranty from the date it is shipped to you. This warranty is enforced by Hot Car Accessories, Inc. (referred to as “HCA”) at its sole discretion.
Shipping
If the module is damaged during shipping or in any other way, the customer must retain the original packaging and report the issue to HCA within 3 business days of receipt. Otherwise, the customer will be solely responsible for the damage.
For issues covered under this warranty, HCA will repair your PCM, TCM, Cluster, or other module at no cost within the warranty period. Return shipping to the original address will be covered. Customers outside the continental USA must pay the difference in shipping costs after the standard US delivery cost is deducted.
Covered Under This Warranty
Repairs performed by HCA on the PCM, TCM, Cluster, or any other module are covered under this warranty, subject to HCA’s sole judgment. HCA is not responsible for labor charges or any additional costs beyond the amount paid for the module or Cluster repair.
Termination of Warranty
- If HCA repairs your PCM and the same issue persists, the unit must be sent back at the buyer’s expense. If a different mechanical or electrical problem is identified, the warranty will be void.
- If the same issue is repaired a second time, the warranty will be void for any further repairs.
- If the PCM has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or has missing parts, as determined by HCA.
- If the PCM shows signs of burns or external damage.
- HCA is not liable for any amount exceeding the price paid for this service.
You acknowledge that HCA has the sole authority to determine whether device issues fall under this limited warranty.
