Send us your PCM / EC, M, and we will remove the engine light with engine code PO-601. We do not do general circuit repairs or fix other problems with the PCM.

LIMITED WARRANTY for PCM Repair Service
This repair on your PCM (Powertrain Control Module) or TCM (Transmission Control Module), herein referred to as “PCM/TCM,” has a 180-day limited warranty from the day we shipped it to you. Warranty is enforced by Hot Car Accessories, Inc. (hereby referred to as “HCA”) at its sole judgment.
This PCM/TCM is delivered to you, inspected, and tested to be in good working order.
For problems that occur and are covered under this warranty, HCA will repair your PCM/TCM within the warranty period.
Covered under this warranty:
- Repairs that HCA made to the PCM/TCM
NOT Covered:
- Circuit chip failures due to power surges from the engine, components, electrical system, or outside sources. This will be determined on the test bench and by interior inspection of the PCM/TCM by HCA or its authorized labs.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery improperly.
- Using your vehicle’s battery to power outside sources (e.g., jumping another vehicle).
- Cracked or broken PCM/TCM due to installation or removal.
- Improper installation or removal of PCM/TCM.
- If stickers installed by HCA or its labs are removed from the PCM/TCM.
If you have problems covered under this warranty: First, call us for a return authorization number and the correct return address at (352) 688 8160 (Mon–Fri).
- Send it to HCA with the return authorization number printed on the outside of the box to the address we will provide. You must include your name, address, phone number, email, and a detailed description of the problem(s). You are responsible for ensuring it arrives undamaged at HCA, properly packed, and insured for its value.
- HCA will repair the PCM/TCM.
- If HCA determines the unit is in working order and no faults are found, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If a fault covered under warranty is found, return shipping is free within the USA and Canada. Other locations must pay for return shipping.
Termination of Warranty:
- If HCA repairs your PCM/TCM and problems persist, this indicates another mechanical or electrical issue is affecting the PCM/TCM, which will terminate the warranty.
- If the PCM/TCM has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or is missing parts, as determined by HCA.
- If the PCM/TCM shows signs of burns or outside damage.
HCA is not liable for any monetary amount greater than the price paid to HCA for this service.
Once this PCM/TCM is accepted by the customer or installer, or installed in any car, you acknowledge that HCA has the sole authority to determine whether PCM/TCM issues fall under this limited warranty.

PCM: Remove PO-601 engine code (2–3 week delivery time).
Pricing:
- $395.00* plus shipping to remove the PO-601 engine code from your PCM.$649.00 plus shipping for a PCM or TCM, including diagnostic and repair.
$649.00 plus shipping for a BCM, including diagnostic and repair.
$695.00 plus shipping for a Cluster, including diagnostic and repair.
If the unit cannot be repaired or there is nothing wrong with it, the total fee is $215.00 plus shipping. You will be refunded the difference.
