Description

Beautiful laser-cut stainless steel dash plate for your climate control panel. The panel has a brushed finish, and the outer trim ring is high polish.
It gives a professional, high-end sports car look.
Easy to mount in just five minutes.

It will not come off on the road, even with vibration or potholes.

Installation Instructions

Included: 1 Dash A/C Cover Plate, 1 promoter packet, 1 tape test kit

  1. Take your cover plate out of the wrapper. Do not remove the red tape backing yet. Just hold it up to your dashboard to see how it will fit when mounted.
  2. Wash your A/C control panel with rubbing alcohol thoroughly. This removes any oil or residue on the surface. Be sure to clean every nook and cranny so the cover plate can adhere properly.
  3. To test the adhesion of the dash surface, take a piece of tape from your test kit (included) or use masking tape. Try sticking it to the area where you will mount the trim plate. Test several spots. If the tape sticks, move to the next step. If not, re-clean until it does.
  4. Hold the cover plate up to your A/C control panel. Position it exactly where you want it. Once satisfied, remove the red backing to expose the adhesive.
  5. Use the promoter packet to wipe the entire area where the cover plate will attach.
  6. Carefully position the cover plate without touching it to the dash panel. Once aligned, lightly set it against the A/C control panel. Make final adjustments, then press firmly all around the surface with your fingers to ensure it adheres completely.
  7. For extra security, you may use masking tape to hold the cover plate tightly against the dash overnight. Remove the tape the next day and clean the area with rubbing alcohol.
