Stainless Steel, high-polished inner fender covers for the front sides of the center battery well.

Includes: 2 pieces – Left Side (LS) and Right Side (RS) Inner Fender Covers.

Fits perfectly with or without the Prowler Battery Cover PRBC100 installed. Adds a true show-car appearance when you open the hood. Easy installation – includes everything you need for both sides.

No maintenance required. Will not rust, stain, or fade.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PARTS INCLUDED:
2 x Stainless Fender Covers
4 x White Nylon Sockets
4 x Replacement Screws
4 x Chrome Cap Covers

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the protective liner until installation is complete.

  1. Remove the front screw as well as the rubber grommet towards the rear of the factory fender.
  2. Place the new fender cover in position and loosely fasten using one of the two replacement screws provided. Place the screw through the white nylon socket and into the front hole you just exposed. Loosely attach first, then adjust so the cover sits neatly along the factory fender, covering the outer ridge.
  3. Locate the small hole at the rear of the new cover. Drill a 9/64” pilot hole in the plastic at this location. Insert the remaining screw assembly and tighten both screws snugly. Do not overtighten – this may distort the panel.
  4. Remove the protective liner and snap on the chrome caps over the screw heads. Repeat the process for the opposite side.

SPECIAL ADVANCED INSTALLATION:

For an even cleaner fit, you may trim the extrusion surrounding the factory grommet hole removed in step 1. This allows the new cover to sit more flush and contoured. Use a rasp file or a utility knife to carefully shave the bulge flat. Complete this step before installing both panels.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:

Lightly dust the cover with a clean, soft cloth before cleaning to avoid scratches. Then wipe using a new soft cloth and a quality streak-free glass cleaner.
