Description
For the 2002 Chrysler Prowler
These factory sensors are the only ones designed to fit.
For the 1997–2001 Prowlers
These specialized aftermarket sensors are designed to fit the 1997–2001 Plymouth Prowler.
Easily programmed to the Prowler.
Our sensor is the only one guaranteed to fit and work properly in 1997–2001 Prowlers.
When the old sensor can still be read, cloning its ID should allow the factory dash module to recognize the replacement without entering a new ID.
If the old sensor is completely dead and unreadable, the shop may need the original ID from the sensor label or perform the factory relearn procedure.
The 33610 is an EZ-sensor, meaning it is a programmable sensor.
It is not installed “as-is.” The shop must:
- Program it for the Plymouth Prowler / Chrysler application.
- Set it to 315 MHz.
- Ideally, clone the ID from the old sensor so the factory module recognizes it more easily.
- Install it.
The installing shop must have a compatible TPMS tool, including Schrader/ATEQ, Bartec, or Snap-on TPMS4. The shop must have TPMS tool software updated with Prowler coverage.
- Specifically cataloged for the 1997 and 1999–2001 Plymouth Prowler.
- Can be programmed for the Prowler’s 315 MHz factory system.
- Can copy/clone the identification number from the original sensor.
- Works with the original TPMS receiver/module in the dash.
- Uses a black aluminum clamp-in valve stem.
