You send us your damaged or broken window regulator, and we rebuild it. If your unit has multiple breaks or a major break, you will use this service for repair.
Our custom-fabricated metal parts and proprietary stainless steel OEM repairs strengthen and fortify these window regulators in all known weak areas. We don’t just fix what’s broken—we fix what breaks. This repair is designed to last. Includes a 10-year warranty.
Remove the part and inspect that all pieces are present and accounted for.
** If you are sending a cable-driven regulator, we MUST receive all cables, cable sheaths, the spool wheel, the spool wheel cap, the glass carriers (metal pieces/plates), and the window motor in order to complete this repair.
** If you are sending a panel regulator, we must receive the glass carrier (metal plate/s) that attaches the glass to the window regulator, including the hardware that attaches the plate to the regulator.
** DO NOT SEND GLASS. The glass is at high risk of damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged parts if the box is damaged in shipping.
Ship your part! You will be responsible for shipping to and from our location. We highly encourage you to get quotes from your preferred shipping provider. Shipping cost is typically based on the box weight and dimensions. Make sure to properly package and secure any loose pieces, and ensure that the window motor is well-padded. Boxes get thrown around, and we are not responsible for any missing or damaged parts if the box is damaged in shipping.
