INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 

       Parts included:      2 x Polished Tail-light Trim pieces,  1 x Adhesive Promoter Pen

NOTE:  Do not remove the clear plastic film on top of the trim rings or the red liner on the backside of the trim rings until instructed to do so.

1. Clean the area around your tail-lights thoroughly with soap and water to remove any dirt.  Once dry, wipe down thoroughly around each tail-light with household Isopropyl Alcohol. Let dry.

2. Take the Passenger Trim piece and hold it up against the passenger side tail-light.  Slide it around until you see how it fits into position. The piece will have to be bent into a perfect fit by hand.  When bending be very careful not to bend in a way it might crease the trim piece.  Always bend over a round surface such as your fore arm. Start by doing a little bit of bend placing it back on the tail-light and bend again.  Do this as many times as needed to get the piece bent into a way in which it will lie down along the tail-light outer edge.  
   Once the Trim piece is bent into the correct shape lay it back on the tail-light and slide it around until you get a even all around fit.  The idea here is for you to become familiar with its proper placement. 
   NOTE:  Once you attach the Trim Ring you will not be able to move it again.

3. Once you are satisfied with the fit - remove the red liner from the attachment tape on the underside of the Trim Ring. Very carefully hold the Trim piece over the passenger tail-light.  When you are certain it is in the correct position - Press down lightly at first.  Make any minor last minute corrections and then press down firmly to set.  Push firmly along the entire perimeter edge to ensure a tight bond.  It is a good idea to place several pieces of masking tape to hold down the Trim piece while it is setting.  It is best to let it set for 8 hours.  Do not get it wet during this time.

4. After the Trim piece is set, remove the masking tape; remove the clear liner (if there is any) on the front of the Trim Ring.  Clean area around the Trim Ring of any remaining residue.

5. For the remaining tail-light Trim piece repeat steps 1 through 4.
    

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:  Care must be taken when cleaning your cover. It is a good idea to lightly dust your cover with a clean soft cloth first in order to prevent any particles from scratching it. Then wipe (using a new clean soft cloth) with a good quality streak free glass cleaner.
