Prowler Chrome License Plate Frame
includes two Chrome bolt cap covers

When installing Chrome bolt cap covers on your License plate bolts, simply put a dab of clear silicone (found in any hardware dept) on top of the bolt head and press the cap on.
Let dry for 3 hours. This will ensure they will stay on during all conditions.
